- The product is in its original condition – unused, unassembled, and with all original packaging and tags

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions and return address
- For exchanges: confirmation of product availability
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Once authorized, please:
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include all original tags, manuals, and accessories
- Clearly write your return authorization number on the outside of the box
- Ship using a trackable method (we recommend insurance for valuable items)
Refund Information
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your PayPal account
Important Notes
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- We deduct return shipping costs from your refund for free shipping orders
- For damaged or defective items, we cover return shipping costs
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the quality and safety of our products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or Made-to-Order Furniture: Including custom finishes or special order items from our Astrid and Audrey collections
- Assembled Furniture: Any items that have been assembled or removed from original packaging
- Final Sale Items: Clearly marked as final sale at time of purchase
- Used or Damaged Items: Products not in original condition, damaged, or missing components
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage and packaging
- We will arrange for replacement or repair at no cost to you
- We cover all return shipping costs for damaged items
